The Overlander bed rack is a popular combination of our parts that appeal to those looking for a great RTT/Awning mount configuration. The Overlander Rack combines our 12.5" and 24.5" rack components along with an 18.5" accessory panel, TRUKD Awning Mounts, and 2 extra 6in riser brackets. This allows you to run your RTT at or under roof height, it allows roll up style covers to open/close, it provides a high mounting point for your awning, and ample storage on the accessory panel for your recovery gear! The 12.5" side remains open for quick access to your truck bed.
Overlander Bed Rack

Ford F150/250/350
If you are using our rack on a Ford F series truck and you have a Diamondback Cover, make sure to let us know. We have special extra wide lower brackets to fit that specific combination.
Trifold Tonneau Covers
Nearly all trifold tonneau covers will work underneath our rack, but only the 24.5" rack is tall enough to allow some of them to fold open. The easiest way to determine if your cover will open is to measure the folds, if your fold is longer than 22.5" from the hinge point it is unlikely to be able to open under our racks.
Tonneaus + Toyotas & Titans
The utility rails on Tacomas, Tundras and Titans are not flush with the bedsides of these vehicles. This limits which tonneau covers are compatible without modification to those that only sit on top of the bedsides like the Extand Solid Fold or Truxedo Truxport or retractable covers with t slots similar to the Retrax Pro XR. If you have a question about your cover, send us a message!
Ford Ranger
On many Ranger builds we've noticed a gap between the bed cap and the metal rail underneath. For a snug fit we recommend adding a 1/8" shim to fill that gap. This has been a truck by truck occurrence, please let us know if you need the shims to be included with you rack.
Truck Caps
Our 24.5" rack is compatible with SoftToppers and Flated Cap Height Toppers. Other Caps that do not overhang the bedsides may be compatible with some additional gaskets such as Fastop or OVS . Traditional ARE or Leer Caps that overhang the bedside are not compatible without significant modification.
