Shipping policy

At TRUKD, we’re committed to getting you on the trail as quickly and confidently as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping timelines and return process.

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 2–3 business days from the time your order is placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your gear every step of the way.

Please note:

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Some made-to-order or specialty items may have longer lead times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Check your product page for up to date lead times per product. If something is out of stock, be assured that we are trying to get it produced as fast as possible, but those lead times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Damage

We put a lot of care and effort into packaging your rack as best we can, but it's a large heavy object, and UPS is not always kind to our packages.  Every package we ship is insured for it's full value.  If your product arrives with shipping damage you must reach out to UPS to file a claim.  Unfortunately we cannot process the claim for you, as they require a specific set of pictures we can't get since we don't have the package in our possession.  If they have questions about the products they will reach out to us and we will do anything we can to help.

Shipping times do not include order processing. 2 Day and Next Day orders will ship the
NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays.
International packages may take up to 3 days to be processed, due the customs
paperwork requirements adopted by most countries. Due to the 2009 UPS dimensional
weight rate regulations, If your 3 day, 2 day or Next day air packages dimensional weight exceeds the actual package weight, your shipping cost may be adjusted without notice. TRUKD has taken every precaution possible to eliminate this from happening, but there are certain circumstances that are beyond our control. International shipping prices are based on the published carrier rates. The international shipping rates displayed on the website are an estimate and adjustment charges or refunds may be made at the time the shipping label is printed. Please note, there may be additional delivery, tax, and/or brokerage/customs charges depending on your country. If an address correction needs to be made by UPS, USPS or any other carrier, and TRUKD is charged, these charges will be passed onto the customer without notice. We are not responsible for these additional charges as they are out of our control. TRUKD is not responsible for damages or costs associated with shipments arriving late or to addresses other than those specified, but will work with the carrier to reimburse any charges possible in these scenarios. Also please keep in mind production times of custom products may vary so please plan accordingly.


Force of Nature – TRUKD shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by and delay or
failure to perform resulting in whole or in part from acts of God, severe weather
conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war,
risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses,
insolvency or other inability to perform by the manufacturer, delay in transportation, any
other commercial impracticability and or any circumstances beyond our control.

Return Policy

We stand behind our gear—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You may return any TRUKD product within 30 days of receiving your product if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, not disassembled, in like-new condition, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Canceled orders before the products ship will only be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact support with your order number and reason for return. Our team will walk you through the next steps.
