TRUKD offers three different styles of uprights, each with different attachment brackets. The bed covers mentioned below will most likely require the bed clamp or utility rail bed attachment. TRUKD uprights are made of 10 gauge steel and are equipped with one of the widest mounting footprints on the market, making them the strongest in the industry. Compatible Folding Bed Covers
The easiest way to determine if your folding cover will open is to measure the folds, if your fold is longer than 22.5" from the hinge point it is unlikely to be able to open under our racks. Most folding covers will require our 24.5" rack for full operation.
Sit-on-top folding tonneau covers like the following work with our racks on most trucks:

- Honda Ridgeline OEM (Ridgeline Only)

Low profile folding covers like the following may require slight modification or added gasket material for fitment but will not work on Toyota Tacomas and Tundras with utility rails that are not flush with the bedside:

- Bakflip MX4
- Rugged Ridge Hard TriFold
- Gator FX

TRUKD bed racks are adjustable in height every 2". If you decide you need a taller rack than your uprights support, then just swap them out for taller uprights.
TRUKD bed racks are rated at 1000lbs static (parked) and 250lbs dynamic (driving). We build the strongest racks on the market, so why do some of the other guys have a higher load rating? Are load ratings are established and tested under the most extreme conditions you can put your vehicle through. The rack has been tested to most trucks' bed side failure. Our rack will handle anything you can throw at it.
The T-Slot option comes with an upright that will work with the t-slot rail found on most popular retractable bed covers. Check out the compatible list of covers to see if yours is on it. If not, reach out to confirm fitment!
